  • Needs to have experience performing code reviews
  • Needs to have experience preparing Software Design Documents
  • Needs to have experience coming up with technical solutions based on business goals.
  • Needs to have experience managing and merging code from multiple developers
  • Must have had experience with user testing/validating merged code from other developers
  • An ability to deliver quality code with proper practices like unit testing and integration testing.
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems.
  • Knowledge of Javascript Frameworks is a must
  • Experience with an open source code management software – i.e. GIT

Chief Marketing Officer

  • A full stack marketer with experience and expertise in building fully integrated marketing strategies.
  • B2B SaaS (ideally application software) experience.
  • Experience running marketing for a high-growth company with experience at scale
  • Track record of excellence in a high growth software business through significant revenue growth and direct contribution to the topline.
  • Demonstrated impact on revenue by implementing efficient, modern demand generation strategies and programs.
  • Experience marketing to a technical audience.
  • Expert-level command of product marketing (messaging, product launches, sales enablement, etc.).
  • Experience with events / field marketing, communications, digital marketing, and marketing automation
  • Strong Leadership skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team.
  • Experience telling "big stories" about new products and markets. Innovative and skilled at developing differentiated messaging and positioning.
  • High horsepower, can move quickly and efficiently to get things done.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail. Operate effortlessly in a highly dynamic environment and leverage business acumen to make excellent decisions.

What you do:

The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and executing a marketing plan and vision for Pledge Software. This position will work closely with the founders of Pledge Software to drive the marketing strategy in an effort to drive application growth, engagement, and increase audience reach.

Nonprofit Consultant

What you need to know:

Required Requirements:

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience required;
  • Ability to help drive product design.
  • At least one to three years of applied experience with quantitative research methods is required. Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods is preferred.
  • Strong analytical writing skills, as well as excellent oral communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications; Internet research and survey platforms, such as SurveyMonkey.
  • Adept in working with a variety of technology platforms, including project management and tracking systems.
  • Ability to set priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks and project activities.
  • Ability to take initiative; work closely with team members to establish collaborative interpersonal relationships; and contribute to overall project and organizational goals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Help create and evaluate report templates for our Nonprofit products
  • Provide thought leadership
  • Provide support in preparing and writing proposals, memos, issue briefs, presentations, and reports (including conducting literature searches; synthesizing findings; preparing figures, charts, and tables; and fact-checking and documentation)
  • Clean, merge, and prepare data files for analysis; review and analyze qualitative data; conduct statistical analyses
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, including participant and organizational surveys, and interview and focus group protocols
  • Provide general project support, including scheduling meetings and coordinating data collection activities
  • Engage with clients and other stakeholders
